James K. Jones

Attorney Jones graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Economics and Dickinson School of Law with J.D. He practiced in several firms in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal law and real estate. He opened his own office in 1995 and practiced primarily bankruptcy law until 2006 when he joined the Office of Standing Chapter 13 Trustee as a staff attorney. He also served the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association as President, chairperson of the Local Rules and Forms Committee, board member and planner for the Bar Association's annual conference. In 2022, he joined the Law Offices of Cunningham, Chernicoff & Warshawsky, P.C.
