Ms. Updike is an associate at the Harrisburg firm of Cunningham & Chernicoff, P.C. She has been with the firm since 2005, when she decided to focus solely on her bankruptcy practice. She received her B.A. with high honors in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, CA. She is currently working on her Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Updike concentrates her practice in consumer bankruptcy. Before returning to Pennsylvania after law school, Ms. Updike worked in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, CA.
